Photography requests for Media and Press use policy
If you are a member of an accredited press and/or media program, and would like to use my photography for your publication, I'm happy to provide you with my work, for specific use relating to your needs.
WRITTEN permission must be granted by J.Kern Photography for any/all photography use
by your accredited publication.
For stories and publications with accredited press/media relating to any minor child attending school
(under the age of 18), I require parental permission to provide photography of their son/daughter
to your publication IN WRITING.
No other individual, company, entity, organization, or school district may authorize the use of any photography
or creative work by J.Kern Photography, without specific written permission by the Photographer.
You must credit J.Kern Photography under each photo used.
Official requests and releases can be made via e-mail.
